Arnold & Son are marking the 250th anniversary of their namesake's heritage this year and their starting the celebrations early with the new TEC1. Now Arnold & Son may not be known for their creative replica watch names but they sure as heck are building a reputation for creating beautiful, precision timepieces and the new TEC1 is no exception. For the first time in the brand's history they are combining three distinct features into the one timepiece: a tourbillon, a column-wheel chronograph and an automatic winding system. As we've come to expect from Arnold & Son the dial is extremely well balanced and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The design and the decoration are understated, with a clear focus on legibility and clean lines. breitling bentley watch In total there will be three different references available: firstly, there is a special 250th anniversary limited edition piece crafted in 18-carat red gold 45 mm case and featuring a stunning blue lacquered guilloch�� dial, complete with a 22-carat red gold rotor that has been hand-engraved with the inscription: tag heuer monaco 250th Anniversary. This one is bound to be popular with collectors but for us lesser folk there will also be two additional non-limited renditions on offer: an 18-carat red gold model with anthracite dial (pictured above) and a palladium cased version with a silvery white and silver dial that apparently really captures the light .
